The Client understands and acknowledges that coaching is not advice, psychotherapy, or counseling.  Referrals to those professionals will be given to Client if Dannie De Novo feels such may be needed; however, the Client understands and acknowledges that he/she is fully and ultimately responsible for his/her own well-being. 

All sessions will be online.

 The Client enters into the coaching process with the understanding that he/she is responsible for creating his/her own results.

Throughout the coaching process, the coach will engage in very direct and personal conversations with the Client, which will include asking explicit questions and making direct requests.  The purpose of these interactions is to remind the Client of his/her own intentions and goals and to realize them.  The Client is committed to being open and honest during the coaching process.

Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals.  Client agrees and understands that all decisions in these areas are exclusively those of the Client and further acknowledges that Client’s decisions and actions regarding these areas are Client’s sole responsibility.

Client understands that no refunds will be given for any reason.
