The Client understands and acknowledges that coaching is not advice, psychotherapy, or counseling.  Referrals to those professionals will be given to Client, if Dannie De Novo feels such may be needed; however, the Client understands and acknowledges that he/she is fully and ultimately responsible for his/her own well-being and that of his/her child/children. 

 The Client enters into the coaching process with the understanding that he/she is responsible for creating his/her own results.

 Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals.  Client agrees and understands that all decisions in these areas are exclusively those of the Client and further acknowledges that Client’s decisions and actions regarding these areas are Client’s sole responsibility.
